Hassle-Free Travel with Minors
For a hassle-free travel with a minor abroad, parent or accompanying adult must be ready to present a notarized Consent Letter. Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is very strict with this kind of document because of rapidly growing missing children all over the country. Never forget to bring a valid identification papers for the travel because as expected, you’ll be checked and questioned especially if you are with a minor. If a child is below eighteen years of age, the consent letter will serve as an evidence that the child’s parent gave their permission for the trip out of country.
