Natural = Me

I have been contemplating a “return” to a natural lifestyle in the last few months.  I am attempting to address this issue on many fronts.  One way is through exercise.  Another one is through diet.  I have done research on both topics.  In terms of diet, I have conducted an organic search in order to guide me on a path of higher nutrition.  There seems to be a lot of benefits associated with this strategy–a reduction of man-made chemicals in one’s diet, a fitter and trimmer body, and a seemingly overall preventive approach to simply not getting sick.  I know I want to achieve all these goals.
