6 months of reflex instant whey – great
The Reflex Instant Whey is a fantastic protein, I have been using it for around 6months now and my gains and recovery has increased tenfold. It tastes great and mixes perfectly in either water or milk, I usually mix it in with my porridge oats in the morning as well to give me a fast supply of aminos to set me up for the day. I would recommend this product to any bodybuilder or fitness addict, in a word it is BRILLIANT!!!! The best thing is that the reflex stuff does not cost about 2000 spunks it is all really good value for money.
