My father once told me that if I didn’t have anything constructive to say, then don’t say it. At the time, I had no idea of the wisdom behind such words. Now that I’m older, though, I understand. The world we live in is a much different place than it was just 30-some years ago when I was growing up. Not to reminisce too long, but it appears to me that many people are living far beyond their means with a limited end in sight. Sure there’s a worldwide financial storm raging, but many individuals have yet to learn the basics of Debt Management and other ways of managing their finances given their means. I’ll stop here before I begin to sound too destructive.
