Blend and Build
My brother is a hardcore body builder. He is on a protein heavy diet and he consumes protein shakes which he makes with a blender. He cracks raw eggs into a mixture of protein powder and yoghurt drink. If you watched the Disney movie The Game Plan, my brother is exactly like Joe in the movie. He has been blending all sorts of shakes for himself lately, and I am thinking of getting him a good blender. Where can I read the best blender reviews?
